Everybody. Welcome back to the magnus fitness and Jenks personal training podcast. We hope you guys are having a great transition into the summer. I know you guys, it’s been a long time coming. Feels like we’ve had some drastic weathers, weather patterns here in Oklahoma. Uh, but, uh, we’re finally here and uh, it’s nice. It’s nice weather, 75 degrees and a nice and nice and sunny with partly cloudy. It’s awesome. But I didn’t come to give you a weather report. I came here on our personal training podcast today to continue our Jenks personal training series on sustainability fitness levels. A massive shout out. As you do know, we are a podcast and a company that rewards, recognizes and celebrates our participants in our weight loss program. And I say that weight loss program, it’s important for you to know, uh, who we are in the personal training industry. Uh, there are specific emphasis, uh, that personal trainers take towards helping people.

And there are multiple avenues, uh, in which, uh, certifications, uh, and in certain sports science exercise programs can lead you, uh, and an expertise and an hours just so happens to be a fat loss. That’s what we’re into. We don’t claim to be a personal training company that knows it all or proclaims to, uh, to act like we’re experts at Jack of all trades and masters of none. We, uh, we emphasize fat loss. If that’s your goal, uh, to, to tone up and to, uh, learn how to keep it off for good, then we are the company that you want to come to. And I’m going to tell you right now in our podcast that a, if your only concern is money, if that’s the biggest obstacle between you and your fitness goals is expense. Uh, let me start by saying this. I cannot compete, uh, with value.

I don’t know what other people are charging. I have an idea of what their personal training programs may cost, but I know that the value we create, uh, does not compare to, uh, to, to other programs. I don’t know if other people were getting results, but I know that that’s how we’re polarized. I know that that’s specifically, uh, how we stand out as a company. Uh, we are significantly different in the results that people obtain here. Our Jenks personal training coaching, our Jenks personal training accountability, uh, already attrition’s nothing new. It’s nothing, uh, that you’re ever going to, uh, uh, to, to, to have to wonder if it’s it. Now we do stay ahead of the curve in our, uh, education we do. So we are leading in the area of science and we’re doing our best to stay ahead of the curve. You don’t want to do all the homework.

You don’t, you don’t want to have to constantly, uh, research and do that stuff. Now we do have people, we have clients like that. They are just diligent and they’re there. They’re health conscious. They’re always learning. They’re on youtube, they’re whatever, whatever resource they’re pulling on their app. They’re there. And I actually just want to give a shout out real quick, uh, to one of our Jenks personal trainin newest participant participants. He’s about eight weeks into our Jenks personal trainin program. Uh, that’s actually going to be a uh, oh, what’s your name? How could you slip from my mind, Shawn, Shawn, he’s lost a hundred pounds at what would be in about eight months and a absolutely remarkable story. I cannot tell you how impressed I am. Uh, he, you will see his video testimonial on our Google account or even our website. He is the kind of guy that has constantly just got the information and he, and he does it and he will tell you someone, he is someone that will tell you that our meal plan and all of those things that we provide to him are sustainable because he’s interested in getting results.

And I don’t know what standing between you and your goals and if it’s money, I’m here to tell you again that that cost is only an issue in the absence of value. And I don’t know what other people are getting, but while our clients pay the money harder and money that they have earned and saved towards something like this, we don’t waste their time. I don’t stand between them and their goals. I help them and, and believe in them and believe that they can obtain those goals and that’s my highest priority. And not just obtain those goals, but to be able to continue on forever. So, and we are just standby. We are developing programs to help it be more affordable on the longterm basis. It is something you’re going to have to, uh, to realize that, that, that, that kind of thing takes time to develop.

It takes time to, to, uh, uh, to roll out. And we, we wish we could keep everybody we do, all of our Jenks personal training graduates or participants, we wish we could and we, we believe we can. We’re at a place now where we’re, um, we’re systemically create systematically creating processes for people to follow. So you know exactly what to expect from start to finish. But the GAF money’s your issue. Uh, you know, you come to us, like I said, we’ve got the leading in nutrition, we’ve got the leading, you know, exercise. To be honest with you, and this is what really kind of rolls me into my podcast today. It doesn’t matter what you do. And I can’t say this enough. Listeners’, Tulsa, broken Arrow, Claremore, Oklahoma, all of you, South Tulsa, wherever you’re at, broken Arrow, west Tulsa. Listen to me, it doesn’t matter. Exercises, just exercise. And yes, there are specific emphasis as I started this podcast by saying, knowing exercise and, and doing, you know, it all matters.

But listen, this is the problem with my industry is it’s loaded with too much information. I kick, I walked into church just yesterday and this guy is anxious with, with, with what to do and which direction to go. And guys, I am so sorry, but, but I have to tell you the truth. Uh, you know, and biggest thing I’m constantly hearing from people is that they’re, they’re tired of, you know, I don’t want to bulk guys, you have to eat like a beast and train like a monster in order to put on mass. You probably don’t want. And that’s whenever you get into the class, you get you, you become too heavy. You got too much muscle on you. Uh, so, you know, that’s what I’m trying to communicate to you is it doesn’t matter. Now you gotta understand there’s a specific route you have to take to put on loads of mass training heavy and uh, and all of those things.

They have their position, but not every personal training program out there is going to do that for you. And I’m sorry if that’s what the industry has lended you. Is this idea or this image that, that everyone wants you to be a bodybuilder? No, some of it’s just functional training. Some of it’s just a training to be injury free as a senior. Some of it’s and even younger, uh, some of it’s just, you know, exercises, exercise. But I’m specifically addressing the, the psychology behind keeping the weight off. So let me preface by saying this, it doesn’t matter if you need to lose weight, just move. I have heard lifesaving significant stories about people whose doctors told them just to walk. A lady walked around her kitchen table for a year and lost hundreds of pounds just by walking. And frankly, I’m getting extremely fed up with people who are constantly will.

It’s just water waterway. Listen to me and listen to me very clearly. If a person ever makes an effort to change their life, you had better be congratulating them. I don’t care if it’s weight loss. Now hear me. If you’re the type of person who’s constantly judging their results based on the scale, that is one thing that I will tell you to be careful of what numbers don’t. Scale doesn’t always mean success is scale doesn’t always mean success because to sustain, to keep the body weight off, you have to realize this, to keep it off, you have to, you have to trade that muscle out for an adequate or a minimal acceptable amount of lean mass on your Jenks personal training body. That has to happen. You cannot become skinny fat. You will put the weight right back on. Let’s say that partially just halfway from a percentage standpoint, maybe just 20% or so, you lose the weight and never adopt that mentality, but you do follow a program that does help put on some lean mass underneath you.

Uh, you, you, you, you, you, you will have a harder time putting it back on. If you never adopted the mindset of making a lifestyle change than someone who just got skinny fat and uh, never adopted the mindset of lifestyle change. You the person who who got skinny fat, we’ll, we’ll, we’ll, we’ll Bob by, I can guarantee you hands down that person will put the weight on significantly faster than the person who’s put on some lean mass and got to optimal body fat percentage, uh, in lean mass, Eh, in trade. And then then someone who just lost a bunch of water weight, lost a bunch of fat and never put on some muscle, never did resistance training. You would have to become a, uh, uh, a triathlete triathlete. Someone who, who, who runs all the time. Okay. Uh, to keep that off. Okay. You need some lean muscle.

It’s good for you. It looks good. Kay. And, and don’t be afraid of that. Don’t be afraid of looking good. I don’t know what your Jenks personal training fear is if you’re listening to this podcast, but if you’re going to make this sustainable, you have to adopt the mindset of losing body fat percentage and putting on lean mass. You can’t be afraid of exercise, and we’ll go into more of what those exercises might look like. Our Jenks personal training previous podcasts was on body weight. The muscles don’t know the difference between body weight and Barbell. They understand time intention and uh, and that’s a great thing to do. Body weight, squats, pushups, all of those, which we’ll go into detail. If you need any help, please call us at nine 188-ONE-FOUR-2, two one three that’s nine 188-ONE-FOUR-2, two, one three.
