She came in, she called us, um, uh, on our, on our, uh, called our company or personal training company and came in and was very clear on what she wanted to do. Talk a little bit about the quote. Uh, people. People don’t plan to fail, they fail to plan. A fitness is one of those things are personal. Training is one of those things where you have to put it in your agenda and it is required that you put it down and if you think that you’re going to have the discipline, especially when things start going really well and your life and you start getting really busy, if you think you’re just going to do stuff because you think you’re going to do it, does not mean you will.
You will always find a reason. If it is not in your schedule to find a way around not doing it explicitly, the more smart and brilliant you are, you’ll be able to come up with better justifications and excuses as to why you couldn’t show up or why you didn’t. Why you won’t show up for yourself and follow through with what you say you’re going to do. Our personal training companies, a primary success is actually the presence of being here with a trainer. And I had thought that, well, I know all my clients, I know when they’re going to be here, but uh, really as things begin to grow, I didn’t realize how important it was as a personal training company to have all these systems in place and structures.
I actually began to laws lose track of my own personal training regiment. And by having these things in an agenda, uh, helped my personal training clients. It helped my personal training company and it helped me as a personal trainer, a meet with my personal trainer. I can’t say that personal trainer enough here on this podcast. You need to know that it’s, it’s something that needs to be done. I actually lost track of my health goals because I was helping so many other people, but when I had it in the schedule, I didn’t sell that time slot because I had to tell that person, that client or that potential prospect that this, this time slot slow sold. Personal Training South Tulsa, you know, for instance, this, this weekend is a great example of just that we were moving and I had plenty of things I had to get done for work and had an elevated certain things and moving that didn’t have to be elevated as priorities and it had caused me to begin to neglect things that I needed to get done, but they weren’t getting done because they weren’t on the schedule.
And so when you have them written down, they become non negotiables and that is something that is extremely important. We are willing in our lives daily, day to day hectic lives to to put some things over the others. And I’m not saying that some things can’t be moved down on the priority list, but for the most part here are my top as a personal trainer, as a personal training company.
