Everybody’s welcome back to our Jenks personal training podcast. I have gotten so many responses about her five guys coming in from broken Arrow Jinx, and even Oklahoma has abroad. Claremore our personal trainer. You train your podcast is a thought provoking. It’s challenging, it’s informative, educational. It’s all sorts of things to a lot of people. Uh, I really do have to give a shout out to Daryl. Yeah, he’s in his seventies. He’s, he’s lost 10 pounds. His blood sugars down. He’s reversing his diabetes circumstances, A1c, all of it’s just remarkable. Seeing Daryl put his best foot. They are doing burpees, their, you know, their goal is to stay out of a wheelchair and I just have to commend them. I’m speaking from the heart. The last few podcasts have been me sharing just topics that I have come across this week with my clients and even my own personal life professionally when it comes to personal training and fitness or Jenks personal training.
Podcast, again is thankful for all of the, uh, the listeners who are tuning in. We’re not quite on apple. I don’t know if we’ll ever be on iTunes. I don’t know if we’ll ever be on Spotify. I don’t know. Uh, God willing. But for now we’re keeping it simple. It’s a platform to answer any questions, comments, concerns, definitely reward, recognize and celebrate our participants and our transformation package. Okay. And, uh, and give you information about who we are. But, uh, yeah, it’s really remarkable to see the age bracket of clients who’ve signed up for a personal trainer podcast. There actually, I have a handful of clients are almost two handfuls of clients who are above 60 in their seventies who signed up and who were determined to to prove that age is nothing but a number and that there are movements they can do. There’s a preventative things they can do.
It’s, you know, and they don’t have it all figured out and they really don’t. Some of them were very successful business owners and I have had success in the past and are out to, to, to venture into helping their, you know, their fitness and health. It’s just remarkable how coachable and transparent they are. It really, really, really is. It’s, it’s exciting to see that age bracket. I’m dedicated themselves to improving their health for their family and their legacy and their businesses. It’s really, really an awesome thing. And, uh, I, I really just commend Darryl and Denise for, for showing up to their sessions at 5:30 PM it’s 30 minutes sessions. They spend 90 minutes with our PR, 90 minutes a week at a Jenks personal training company. They’re in their seventies and ripe young age of Seventies. Um, and, and they do the exercises and the routines and they progress and they’re not perfect.
They don’t do everything perfectly. Uh, but they, they put their best foot forward. Denise’s so sweet. She shows up and, and uh, she is who she is as a personality. There’s not a person who probably doesn’t like her. She’s the sweetest thing on the planet and she does it and she sweats and she, she follows our personal training protocol and the nutrition and, and, and they just do it. And when her husband’s not there, she shows up and she’s to, um, so that’s who I want to celebrate today on our personal training podcast. Thank you listeners from Bergen era jinx Oklahoma Claremore for tuning into our podcast. We’re excited to help you in any way we can. You know that you can always go to our Facebook and post a question on our Facebook. If you use Facebook, that is, we have an Instagram as well.
It’s magnus fitness, Tulsa on both of those. You can go to our website, magnus fitness, tulsa.com you’re more than welcome to Veta us as a company. Google has us as the highest rated personal training, a company in Tulsa at one location and a, we’re doing I believe, where something like 122 people as a real reviews from people we’ve trained and interacted with and coached clients. Remarkable, remarkable. It’s, it’s astonishing to me how quick a, we have got recognition and I’ve done a previous podcasts recently on why we think that is and it’s because of our clients who take ownership and a, they do what it takes and uh, and they just show up and they use our resources. Today’s podcast, I really want to talk about. Things are never as they seen. And that’s why it’s important to have a coach in your life and a proven process over time.
I would say the vast majority of people maybe even close to 100%, we’re very excited about reaching a fitness level. And then about six weeks in they typically start losing interest. And there’s nothing, nothing against us. It’s nothing against them. It’s just the way our psychology is. Human beings works. Uh, we’re in the business of changing habits and helping you to make lifestyle changes and it’s not the easiest thing to do. Um, and so that’s why, you know, the money part of it is there as well. You’re paying money to be there and a and transform your body and be with a coach. But, uh, the, the, the vast majority of the time, I would say all of us have the best intention. But what makes magnus fitness south pulse, our personal training company with weight loss successful is we bridge the gap between intention and end results.
We all have the best intentions, I believe we do. When it comes to taking care of our health and doing what it takes and doing what’s necessary, showing up all that good stuff. But uh, but there has to be a bridge that is connected between intention and results. You have to understand that we love you. We care for you. We pray for you as a community. Tulsa Jenks, broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Claremore, all of you guys, we were listening to our podcast who are participating in our program. We were calling in or interested in our program. Believe me, when you hear this, we pray. We care, we love you. We believe in your health. We believe in your family, your businesses, your legacies, all of those things that you’ve created in your life. Uh, when it’s time to focus on you, there is great intention. But beware, there are sabotages in the way.
And uh, one of those comes from my most recent interaction. I’m a personal training company and it was with a client and they said this to me. Everyone else is seeing the results. But I am not. And I am not kidding you. When I tell you the doctor was extremely impressed with their thyroid condition. The doctor was extremely impressed with their blood work and the weight lost. 20 pounds of weight loss with Hashimoto’s and a matter of three months. Absolutely remarkable. Working Smarter, not harder, implementing our nutrition plan. I, I’m not, I don’t have it. I’m not that smart. I don’t have it off. Like I can hold a conversation with you about this stuff as a personal trainer in the healthcare, but I, you know, I can’t, I can’t, I don’t have it all figured out. I don’t know all the answers to this stuff, but I’m gonna tell you right now, it’s a miracle what’s happening to this girl.
Her life is being transformed because she’s doing it. I don’t have all the ins and outs. Like I said, our, our program. Yeah. A lot of things that I do know effect all these certain big things in your life when it comes to adrenal and a junior fatigue and testosterone, estrogen, all those levels. Yeah, they’re important. But these are a byproduct of one thing and that’s hard work and a, and not just hard work, grit, but just smart and applying themselves and listening and being coachable. You know, not training at 5:00 AM when you’ve got an adrenal issue, but, uh, but being willing to train and travel, you know, maybe at 6:00 PM and then going home and getting a good night’s rest and a living off high-glycemic living a low-glycemic lifestyle, they’re not full of sugars and starches. Just remarkable stuff. Like I said, I could hold a conversation with you.
I can, uh, I’ve got some of the credentials to do that, but, but for the most part, we want to bridge the, I’m going to get back to topic. I’m going to start rambling. Uh, we want to bridge the gap between intention and results. Okay. We have to do that. And uh, and this specific client told me everyone else was, and she still was not content or happy things are not as they seem. And you have to know that. You have to know that when it’s clog it, the brain is cloudy. Things are tough. You feel like you want to quit? He feel like giving in. He felt like throwing in the towel because you’re not seeing everything you want to see. You know, I would question your motives a little bit. I would wonder why you’re doing what you’re doing then if it’s envy, if it’s for some other, you want to get back in an x, you want to better your body, whatever the reason is.
If it’s not for you and it’s not to change your lifestyle and transform you and love yourself, your motive is a big question to ask about. But uh, for the most part, if you have, I’m assuming I’m talking to the people in Broken Arrow, Jinx Oklahoma south also who have the best intentions for themselves. Um, uh, if you put in forth the hard work and you’re feeling discouraged, you feel like you want to quit all those things and this applies to you. Things are never as they seem. That’s why we have a proven path and are our Jenks personal training company for you. If you just follow it, you will get results. Every circumstance is different. Yes, we discover some health issues along the way as to why that may not be happening with the loss, but that’s why the PCP is in the picture. We are in healthcare, we get some blood work done. But if you just follow the proven path and you stay consistent, you stay enjoying the program. I did a previous podcast on this about getting your eyes off the scale and getting it on progressing exercises and specific exercises so that you can get the brain, eh, the autonomic system of your body. If your anatomy away from stress, it’s a stress hormone. Cortisol kicks in, weight loss should never be stressful.
Okay?
Stress is what got us where we were.
Okay.
And so our Jenks personal training program is built around helping you get success, but at a realistic pace, there’s going to have short term, mid term, long term goals. So that’s pretty much it. We want to help you get where you want to go, but you have to understand,
uh,
there’s a difference between intention and results written a bridge that gap.
And uh,
you really got to check your why and why.
