Magness fitness lives with a passion to revitalize our clients desire to maximize their lives through health and fitness again.

We understand less than 5% of individuals with gym memberships are optimizing their lives as it pertains to their specific goals: weight loss, weight gain, injury prevention, correctional training, target training, and many more! Through vigorous hours of research, we concluded a little over 70% of Americans are not currently maximizing their lives through health and fitness.

More and more people are avoiding fitness altogether because of what the industry has told us what we should look like in turn for some subjecting ourselves to overeating, or undereating. In even more extreme cases, we are tempted to neglect life’s responsibilities with drugs and negative lifestyles to relieve stress, and we ignoring an ever-growing epidemic in our society. People no longer want to live longer, and if they do they will subject themselves to lies that were created by some of the leading companies in the fitness industry.

You can imagine that this makes up the majority of the population ranging from CEOs whose companies depend on them, Pastors and community leaders whose influence is not yet ready to be turned over, and most importantly mothers and father whose children depend on them their influence.

More than 80% of adults do not meet the guidelines for both aerobic and muscle-strengthening activities.

Only 35 – 44% of adults 75 years or older are physically active, and 28-34% of adults ages 65-74 are physically active.
